Gas work for builders and property managers

Tank sets, gas lines, generator fuel and commercial kitchens — permitted, inspected and scheduled to your calendar. One lot or forty, a full community or a single stub-out. No job is too big or too small.

Gas work that fits your build schedule

We work the way the rest of your trades need us to — rough-in when the trenches are open, trim when the appliances land, and permits pulled before either. One lot or forty, a full community or a single stub-out. No job is too big or too small.

  • Aboveground & underground tank sets, single lot or multi-lot
  • Gas line rough-in coordinated with your build calendar
  • Standby generator fuel systems, sized and connected
  • Pool heat, fire features & outdoor kitchens
  • Commercial kitchens for restaurants, hotels & clubhouses
  • Permits filed, reviewed and inspections scheduled by us
  • Existing systems: annual inspections, cathodic testing, leak & pressure testing
  • Documentation package delivered at handover
What You Get

Four things you can hold us to

No trade partner needs a lecture on propane. What they need is a gas contractor who does not become another item on the punch list.

One Person To Call

A named contact who knows your project and your schedule. You never explain the job twice or find out who is coming the morning of.

Permits Are Ours

We are registered in the jurisdictions we work in. Submittal, review, corrections and inspection scheduling come off your desk entirely.

Dates We Confirm

Checked the week before, not the morning of. If a date is at risk you hear it from us while you can still work around it.

The Same Crew Every Lot

Same standards, same details, same people, so lot 14 looks like lot 1 and inspections stop being a gamble.

A File At Handover

Permits, inspection results, pressure test records, tank data and as-built line routes — ready for closing or the property file.

Licensed & Insured

Florida LP Gas Contractor #LI100065, Master Qualifier #MQ100136, Certified Category V. Certificates on request before the first job.

Who We Work With

Different jobs, same standard

Builders and developers, general contractors, property managers and HOAs, restaurants and hospitality, pool builders and outdoor living contractors. Every one of them wants the same thing from a gas sub: show up, pull the permit, pass the inspection.

Builders & Developers

Tank sets and gas rough-in on your build calendar, multi-lot pricing, and one contractor across every address in the community.

General Contractors

Renovations and additions where gas has to be moved, extended or brought up to code — around the trades already on site.

Property Managers & HOAs

Systems you inherited. Annual safety inspections, cathodic testing on buried tanks, and a documented record for the board.

Restaurants & Hospitality

Kitchen equipment, rooftop units and standby fuel, installed to code and scheduled around service hours rather than against them.

Pool & Outdoor Living

Gas sized for the heater you actually specified, plus fire features and kitchens stubbed now so the next phase is a connection.

A Half-Day Call

A regulator, a leak, a line that has to move for a renovation. Small work is still work, and it is how most long partnerships start.

How It Runs

Six steps, and you hear from us at each one

The trade process is not the homeowner process. It is built around your calendar and your inspector, and you are told where things stand without having to chase us.

1 · Plans & Takeoff

Send drawings or a scope. You get a line-item quote and the questions that matter — tank location, appliance loads, who trenches.

2 · Site Visit

We walk it before anything is ordered. On a multi-lot job, once for the typical lot and again for the exceptions.

3 · Permit

Filed once the contract is signed and we have the property survey. We handle the review and any corrections.

4 · Rough-In

Scheduled against your build calendar and confirmed the week before, coordinated with the electrician and pool contractor.

5 · Install & Test

Tank set, appliances connected, pressure tested and leak checked before anyone calls for inspection.

6 · Inspection & Handover

Inspection passed, documentation delivered, system live and ready for the customer's first fill.

Trade Enquiries

Send us a project

Drawings, a scope, or just the number of lots and what goes in each one. If you are still working it out, send what you have and we will help you figure out the rest — that part is free and there is no obligation either way.

We answer trade enquiries the same business day.
