2Tank location

Above-ground installation includes
  • Delivery and setting the tank on a level base
  • Anchoring to code for Florida wind load
  • First stage regulator system fitted at the tank
  • Connection to your gas line and full leak testing
  • Permit filing and the inspection handled by us
  • Everything above ground, so servicing and refills are straightforward

Which one do I need? CSST or galvanized
Running gas inside the house. Most interior runs go up into the attic and drop down to the appliance. CSST is a flexible corrugated stainless line — it snakes through framing quickly, so it suits long runs to a range, dryer or tankless heater with fewer openings cut in your ceilings. Galvanized pipe is rigid and threaded, joint by joint; it takes longer to run but is what many inspectors and builders prefer for exposed sections and shorter drops. Both are approved and both are bonded and pressure tested. If you are not sure which you need, leave these blank — we will work it out on the site visit.

5Options & add-ons

What Peace of Mind covers
  • A Wi-Fi tank monitor fitted and included, watched around the clock
  • You are told at 25%, so you order a fill on your own terms
  • Replacement parts covered — regulators, PE pipe, anode bag, valves and fittings. Labor only, at the member rate
  • Annual safety check free, including the cathodic reading on a buried tank
  • Emergency leak protection and priority response, from the crew who installed it
  • You still choose who fills it — the plan covers the system, not the fuel
One monthly fee, first month free. It runs for the life of the tank, and it is only offered on systems we install. See the full plan →

6Where should we reach you?

What happens next: we call you to confirm the details and go over your estimate. No cost, no obligation.

Before installation starts

Once your contract is signed, we will need two things from you before we can file for your permit and get on the schedule:

  • Your property survey — the county document showing your lot lines.
  • A recorded Notice of Commencement — required by Florida law on permitted work. We prepare it; you record it with the county.

Nothing is needed from you today — this is just so you know what is coming.
