Above-ground installation includes
- Delivery and setting the tank on a level base
- Anchoring to code for Florida wind load
- First stage regulator system fitted at the tank
- Connection to your gas line and full leak testing
- Permit filing and the inspection handled by us
- Everything above ground, so servicing and refills are straightforward
Underground installation includes
- Excavation and setting the tank below ground
- Anchoring, plus anode bags for corrosion protection
- First stage regulator system and the dome fitted
- Backfill, compaction and tidying the ground back
- Connection, full leak testing, and a cathodic reading on record
- Permit filing and the inspection handled by us

Which one do I need? CSST or galvanized
Running gas inside the house. Most interior runs go up into the attic and drop down
to the appliance. CSST is a flexible corrugated stainless line — it snakes
through framing quickly, so it suits long runs to a range, dryer or tankless heater with
fewer openings cut in your ceilings. Galvanized pipe is rigid and threaded, joint by joint; it takes longer to run
but is what many inspectors and builders prefer for exposed sections and shorter drops. Both are approved and both are bonded and pressure tested.
