Parkland’s estate lots are made for buried tanks — invisible propane infrastructure powering generators, outdoor kitchens, and whole-home systems.
Our Parkland work centers on buried tank installations, whole-home propane, generators, and luxury outdoor living. Every project is designed, permitted, installed, and inspected by licensed gas professionals — led by a Florida Master Qualifier with Certified Category V credentials, the highest levels of gas licensing recognized in the state.
Gas work in Parkland requires permits and inspection through the local building department. We’re registered with the jurisdiction and handle the entire process — plans, submission, and inspection — so your project is legal, safe, and documented from day one. You can even follow every step on our customer installation tracker.
Licensed LP Gas Contractor #LI100065, Florida Master Qualifier MQ100136, and a 100% workmanship guarantee on every job. We strive to deliver the best gas service in Florida — and our customers agree.

Long runs change line diameter — a line sized correctly at 30 feet will starve an appliance at 120.
Because the lots are big, underground tanks and buried lines out to a pool equipment pad or a detached outdoor kitchen are common. We plan the trench route with the customer on the site visit so irrigation, low-voltage lighting and mature planting are known before anything is opened up.
